(Tuesday, July 30, 2019) – Clearwater Living proudly welcomes Renee Hamilton as Executive Director of Clearwater at Sonoma Hills, the brand-new assisted living & memory care community slated to open at the end of the year. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Hamilton will oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the new community in Rohnert Park, CA.
Prior to joining Clearwater Living, Hamilton held leadership roles in memory care, assisted living and independent living communities throughout California. As executive director she excels at leading communities by forming strong, cohesive, and well-trained teams and building bonds with residents, families and associates.
After caring for her mother with Alzheimer’s disease at home, Hamilton joined the field of senior care when she took what she thought would be a short-term job in marketing at the community where she moved her mother in 1998. “Who knew that I would stay on after my mother passed away? She gave me the gift of a career that honors those who cared for us and who built this country. I find that tremendously fulfilling,” said Hamilton.
